Connekt Art Expo

Showcasing of “Estro” and “Food design for happy living” and food perfromance “Eat your Art” at the internazionale exhibition Connekt Art Expo at Teatro dei Dioscuri (Rome). “Eat Your Art” is a food performance specially created for the exhibition Connekt International Art Expo. It interprets the themes of art and food ironically. The goal is to look at food from a different point of view, to play and interact directly with its colors and flavors. Those who get involved in the performance literally “eat their art” by creating a small edible picture. Like a game, the whole process stimulates creativity and uses food in an original way.
