MOA CASA 2012

Showcasing of the project “food design for happy living” with show-cooking by Chef Fabio Campoli inside Circolo dei Buongustai in Moa Casa 2012. The mission of the chef was to use ingredients and plates as a palette, making the ceramics look like tiles. A challenge accepted with pleasure and completed with impeccable virtuosity, in a pleasant performance. Kitchen and design, two creative fields no longer comparing but moving forward in the same direction.
