EAT YOUR ART
Eat Your Art is a food performance specially created for the exhibition Connekt International Art Expo. It interprets the themes of art and food ironically. The goal is to look at food from a different point of view, to play and interact directly with its colors and flavors. Those who get involved in the performance literally "eat their art" by creating a small edible picture. Like a game, the whole process stimulates creativity and uses food in an original way....
CANDY JEWELS
“Candy Jewels” is a game of edible jewels conceived for the event Diagonal Visual Food during Milan Food Week 2014. Handmade marshmellow bracelets to wear and then to eat: having fun with food was the goal of the “CANDY JEWELS” game designed for the event by thesign&food.house and Food Genius Academy....
ROOTS
An activity conceived for the event “RADICI – food memories” during Fuorisalone 2016. The guests actively took part in the tale of their origins, leaving a "piece of their roots" among childhood recipes and pieces of actual roots. RADICI was born from the will to dig into the past and rediscover habits and customs rethought in a modern key through design and culinary tradition of our territory....
PAINTING FOOD
"Undisciplined ideas: direct contact with the food". Colorful and tasty creams prepared to paint on the skin. The goal was to make participants play and interact with each other while guessing the paints' flavors. "Painting food" is a performance arranged for the event [ Biutifud ] during Milan Food Week 2013, conceived by thesign&food.house and hosted by FoodGeniusAcademy and Fonderie Milanesi....
MOA CASA 2012
MOA CASA 2012 April 28th – May 6th 2012 Showcasing of the project “food design for happy living” with show-cooking by Chef Fabio Campoli inside Circolo dei Buongustai in Moa Casa 2012. The mission of the chef was to use ingredients and plates as a palette, making the ceramics look like tiles. A challenge accepted with pleasure and completed with impeccable virtuosity, in a pleasant performance. Kitchen and design, two creative fields no longer comparing but moving forward in the same direction....
